Our chef prepares every dish with care to ensure our customers enjoy the best dining experience possible. Casual, everyday style food made from fresh, natural ingredients.

We have a custom-built dining hall with a full sports bar. Hunt during the day and enjoy socializing in the evening. We also have a fire pit where you can swap stories and enjoy West Texas hospitality in front of a roaring fire.



Chef Jerry is a self-taught professional with a deep love for the culinary arts. His specialty is homemade comfort food dishes and Tex-Mex cuisine.

Jerry grew up spending most of his time in the outdoors with his family, learning to hunt, dress, and cook wild game. He is a people person at his core and attends to every need of our guests from the moment they set foot on the ranch. His goal is to make every guest feel at home.

Chef Jerry’s ingenuity in the kitchen is stimulated by his belief that food should not be overworked but rather appreciated for its simplicity and natural perfection. This philosophy is evident in his innovative menus that focus on fresh, local ingredients procured from a network of artisans and farmers.
