Jim is the Chief Guide of our Helicopter Pig Hunting team. He is also in charge of Safety Operations for our company.

Liam was born and raised in southern California. He met his wife while serving in the Marine Corps as a CH-53E Helicopter Crew Chief. After separating from the military, he moved with his wife and son to her hometown of San Angelo, TX. He enjoys playing instruments and has a passion for firearms and knives. He says that he should’ve been born a Texan and is loving life in Texas!
WILDLIFE MANGER & HUNTING GUIDE
Bass is our Wildlife Manager and Pro Staff Guide of Texas Specialty Hunts. Bass is also a full-time college student at San Angelo State University where he is studying Animal Science and Natural Resource Management.
No one knows the animals on the ranch better than Bass. He enjoys hunting whitetail deer, predator hunting, fishing, and recently starting golfing.
Jill is the Operations Manager at Divided Find Ranch and the first person you’ll meet upon your arrival. Jill has never met a stranger and welcomes everyone with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. She enjoys meeting new people and making them feel at home on the ranch.
In her free time, Jill loves to travel and explore new places. She also enjoys music, a good book, and spending time with her friends and family. She’s a proud mom of five and a devoted Yaya to eight grandchildren.
With Jill’s warm personality and dedication to guest satisfaction, visitors to Divided Find Ranch are in for a truly unforgettable experience. She sets the tone for the entire ranch and ensures that everyone feels welcome and at home from the moment they arrive.
Chef Jerry is a self-taught professional with a deep love for the culinary arts. His specialty is homemade comfort food dishes and Tex-Mex cuisine.
Jerry grew up spending most of his time in the outdoors with his family, learning to hunt, dress, and cook wild game. He is a people person at his core and attends to every need of our guests from the moment they set foot on the ranch. His goal is to make every guest feel at home.
Chef Jerry’s ingenuity in the kitchen is stimulated by his belief that food should not be overworked but rather appreciated for its simplicity and natural perfection. This philosophy is evident in his innovative menus that focus on fresh, local ingredients procured from a network of artisans and farmers.
Food is the epicenter of Chef Jerry’s life – it inspires him every day.
Carson is one of our Helicopter Pig Hunting Pilots and an international man of mystery.
Hailing from central Utah, Wyatt’s deep love for the outdoors and passion for wildlife began at a young age. He’s an experienced angler, particularly enjoying the art of fly fishing. When it comes to hunting, Wyatt’s expertise extends from tracking lions, bobcats, and bears alongside his trusty hound dogs to successfully pursuing mule deer.
Driven by a lifelong fascination with flight, Wyatt turned his childhood dreams into reality through Southern Utah University’s aviation program. Now, he combines his love for wildlife with his piloting skills to create exhilarating helicopter pig hunting adventures. With Wyatt at the controls, you can experience the adrenaline-pumping thrill of hunting wild boars from the skies.
Dillon is one of our Helicopter Pig Hunting Pilots who developed his passion for aviation after serving in the US Army. Dillon comes to us from South Dakota and he enjoys hunting and fishing with his family and riding motocross.

Rob is a Pro Staff guide for us and has a wealth of knowledge of all products in the fishing and hunting industry along with 9 years of working in the marine industry.
Rob is very good at working with both adults and children in fishing tournaments. Rob enjoys promoting the sport of fishing and hunting to further enhance future generations in outdoors sports.

Mercy grew up in the last frontier in Anchorage, Alaska. From early childhood, she was exposed to wilderness adventures in the great outdoors. Whether she was running in the mountains, canoeing from the foot of Portage Glacier, skiing on the vast trail systems, orienteering through wilderness territory, shooting at the Cook Inlet range, moose hunting with friends, hiking remotely with bear bells or fishing for Alaskan salmon and halibut, she never strayed far from her love for adventure and the outdoors. Her sense of adventure has continued to develop as she has lived in Oregon, Minnesota, California and Colorado. Mercy currently resides with her family in Las Vegas, NV.
Mercy’s business career has been as eclectic as her outdoor experiences. Including a wide array of specialties such as sales, marketing, hospitality, luxury travel, branding and hunting and fishing sales and partnerships. All of these contribute to her success at Gage Outdoors.
OPERATIONS & PRO STAFF
Jordan is one of our Pro Staff guides and the Operations Manager for Big Hat Outdoors. Originally from New Jersey, he has also lived in California, North Carolina, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and outside the US in Denmark where he lived through his childhood and youth. Jordan has always had a deep passion for the outdoors and pursued hunting after graduating from the University of Mount Olive, where he played lacrosse.
Before joining our team, Jordan coached youth, high school, and college lacrosse for 8 years. Jordan participates in a variety of hunting and shooting sports. His favorite hunting pursuits include big-game archery and upland hunting with his dogs.
RANCH HOUND & FOOD CRITIC
Roxanne is Jerry’s sidekick and is always with him on the ranch. She is responsible for making sure that every one of Chef Jerry’s culinary creations is held to the highest standards. Nothing leaves the kitchen without her approval!
While she claims to be the hardest worker on the ranch, you’ll mostly find her lounging on the floor.
